These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Indexor platform, including the website at indexor.ai and the application at app.indexor.ai (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Indexor ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Indexor is an AI search visibility platform that monitors how brands appear in responses generated by AI engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and others. The Service analyzes AI-generated content to provide visibility scores, competitive intelligence, prompt tracking, and related analytics.
Indexor does not influence, promote, or modify how brands appear in AI engines. The Service is strictly observational and analytical.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access will be suspended, but your data will be preserved for 30 days.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, data models, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Indexor and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service (brand information, keywords, website URLs). We do not claim ownership of your input data.
The analytics, scores, and reports generated by the Service ("Output Data") are derived from publicly available AI-generated content and our proprietary analysis. Output Data is provided for your internal business use only.
We do not use your account data or brand information to train AI or machine learning models. We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage metrics ("Telemetry") to improve the Service. Telemetry never includes your brand data, keywords, or analysis results.
The Service relies on third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to generate the content that we analyze. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or consistency. Changes to third-party platforms may affect the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt but are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party changes.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indexor's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold Indexor harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay your subscription, or engage in activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Service. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
